日前做給朋友吃的土司【加堅果--商業酵母土司】,據了解,放了天才長霉【肉眼分辨】。嘿~~不是我做的不好吃,是應我的要求:留最後一片,幫我做了個小小的觀察實驗。我做的土司也太神奇了吧~~~ 可是,我什麼改良劑也沒放丫,不懂為什麼這麼耐放。我的組合只有:高筋+水+糖+鹽+三花優酪奶粉+奶油+綜合堅果+商酵。如果商業酵母土司都可放這麼久,那天然酵母是不是可以放半個月不長霉丫
The bread I made can only stay outside of Refrigerator for 3 - 5 days. Besides, it is much dryer than it is in Taiwan. It gets too gry if I left it uncovered. So, I always get Gary to slice it and out it into the freezer right away.
